Windows photoshop rapid undo

hello, im on windows 10

and photoshop wont let me rapid undo (holding down ctrl + z) to rapidly string multiple undos

I just moved from mac o/s and it works perfectly on there with the same exact setup so what would be the problem here on windows?

yes i have reset the preferences, when i press ctrl z it undos accordingly to the history tab its just that i cant hold it for a rapid undo effect

Which version of Photoshop are you using? I have no issues running Photoshop 25.9.1 on Windows 11. Have you tried the basic troubleshooting step of resetting preferences?

By the way, what is the actual result compared to the expected outcome? What occurs when you press Ctrl + Z?
