Windows settings showing uninstalled version of Photoshop still installed

As shown in this picture, Windows settings says Photoshop 2022 (23.2.2.325)

The uninstall button redirects to CC which cannot find a Photoshop installation.

I have seen a few older posts with the same or very similar issue.
Their solutions were to either use the Adobe master uninstaller/cleaner or re-install the same version of photoshop and uninstall it via CC.

Although, there does not seem to be an option to install the exact same version or even any Photoshop 2022 version in CC.

Is there any way I can install Photoshop 2022 (23.2) while it's not available in CC?
