Question

With PS 2023, when trying to load PS, working on Mac Pro, Big Sur, I get Force Quit, Not Responding

I have tried resetting VRAM, PS Preference, Bridge Preference, removing CT Font, validating fonts, and many more suggestions I read on the internet, and I still cannot load PS or Bridge. I have Ventura Cache Cleaner which I ran several times. The few times that I can load both programs, working on one photo, save it, then cannot get into Bridge to process another photo. Each time I get the spinning beachball, command option shift to get message: PS and Bridge not responding, force quit. Also, I cannot use Topaz Labs plugins (crashing) when I do occasionally get PS to load. Tech Specs: I have a Mac Pro (late 2013) purchased in 2017, 32 G of RAM, 1 TB HD, 3.56Ghz Six-Core Intel Xeon 5, AMD Firepro D700 6GB graphic card, running latest update of Big Sur OS. I cannot process my photography.

If you remove your Topaz Lab plugins and any other plugins, does Photoshop start?

Removed all 3rd party plugins and a purchased presets for ACR, and still cannot launch Bridge. Yesterday, I was able to process three photos via Bridge and ACR, the into PS 2023, and saved. After that, I got the spinning beachball, stated to force quit both Bridge and PS.
