Without a Subscription but still getting billed

Hello, I recently tried the lightroom and Photoshop trial but I am not sattisfied. However, I am still getting billed. In total I have only 3 accounts and neither of them has a single subscription (the one that I made was deleted 1-2 days before the end of the trial period. Is this a bug or do I have to resolve it via telephone?
