Work not appearing

I have a strange problem here that I've never encountered before.  I was working on a project when all of a sudden, after rasterizing my type, my whole project disappeared from view.  I've exited out of the project and reopened it multiple times and nothing shows up.  Just an empty gray background.  I can see the preview when I'm opening Photoshop and I've saved a jpg copy of the unfinished work which shows up fine, but I can no longer see what I'm doing with my work.  Based on the preview in the window when I open it up, I can still do work on it but I can't see any part of it.  I've already tried resetting the windows and doing "reset essentials" nothing happened.  ANY ideas are very welcome.

Hi @Conner26216701tnmx  that is strange.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews > check "Disable Native Canvas" > restart Photoshop
If not solve problem, try resetting All. (Press Hold command + option + shift, and launch Photoshop).

And do you only see the file? Or all the image files you have don't work at all?
