Workspace becomes grey when pressing the Spacebar
Hi everyone,
I'm getting really desperate... I learned to work around so many bugs with adobe programs, but this one is the most annoying one I've ver experienced.
There is a new computer with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and also I use the Wacom Cintiq 13 Pro and the latest updated version of Windows. Also I've installed the latest version of Photoshop.
Now, when I'm drawing, after ten minutes or so, when I hit Space to move around the workspace, my brush changes to the white arrow. Changing the tool, doesn't change the cursor.
Also the Navigator doesn't let me move on the canvas - it's frozen.
When I move the tab of my current workspace, nothing changes - but when I snap it back to the dock, the workspace becomes grey. The picture is still shown on the navigator, but it's not frozen anymore. Also toggling layers are shown in the navigator, but not in the workspace.
To get back the image on the workspace I have to close the file and open it again. Afterwards the same issue will occur after ten minutes again.
The weird thing is, that the first ten minutes, everything works perfectly, even pressing the space bar.
Here's what I tried:
- I tried to turn the GPU off, afterwards I had my workspace glitched whenever I moved it. The glitches remained on the screen and I couldn't work with that.
- I updated my graphic driver, Adobe CC, and my wacom driver - Nothing changed
- I uninstalled the latest version of Photoshop and installed the last CC 21 version - Nothing changed
- I tried to check and uncheck the "Legacy Compositing" - Both didn't change anything
Do you have any idea what this could be? I have no clue what to do or what to search for.
Any suggestions are very welcome. Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Ayanor
