workspace problem in CS3

I know I have an old version but I'm old, retired, and do this work for a small charity. I had to reinstall Photoshop CS3 after my system crashed. Now the workspace has a problem - type is very small and hard to read. I have preferences UI font size set to large. Also when I put the cursor on anything in the panels (Layers, channels, etc.) it turns into 3 tiny hands that I can barely see. When I am in the type tool is changes into 3 something I can't even make out.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have a high ppi resolution display, Use windows 10 shortcut properties to force Windows scaling onto CS3. Set your displate windows scaling to 200%.
