would this laptop run photoshop? trying to get a better one on a budget

Hey! i need to order a laptop asap and only have 600 to work with.  I found this one.  Would it run photoshop?

Looking at the specs you showed my concerns would be :

Limited disk space. Photoshop uses a lot of disk space for scratch disk (i.e. swapping data between RAM and disk). That laptop has one 256GB drive which would be used for the OS , image storage and scratch disk so would not take long to run out.

Integrated graphics. To use all Photoshop functions, dedicated video ram is required. Integrated graphics often share RAM with the system RAM (although that is not clear in the specs you linked.

 

However the biggest issue is that it has Windows 10 S installed. I have had no experience with Windows 10S and had to look it up. According to the link below, Windows 10S can only install apps from the Microsoft store - that would exclude the installation of Photoshop.
