Wrapping around a cylinder

I am stuck on my current project. Let me explain...

I am trying to transfer some artwork onto a baseball bat. Since the bat diameter gradually increases, I am not able to just simply wrap the printout (picture) around the bat and begin tracing.

I am looking for instruction on how to shape the image so that when it is printed out, I will be able to wrap it neatly around the bat and have everything line up.

The circumference of the bat is 6.25"

The diameter of the bat at the bottom of the image is 1.875"

The diameter of the bat at the top of the image is 2.25"

Any help would be greatly appreciated
