Write Transparency to 32-bit BMP file!

Adobe, please support writing transparency as alpha to 32-bit BMP files! Photoshop writes alpha channels to 32bit BMPs; the same should trivially be true of transparency. This is a senseless waste of time for workflows producing 32-bit BMPs, it's driving me nuts that you guys still haven't fixed this.   (You should be able to read 32b BMPs as transparency also.)

 

Note: Alpha in BMPs is well supported in the industry and makes perfect sense, there's no ambiguity or uncertainty about this... and it's trivial.   This is the kind of thing that an "industry standard" pro package should get right... a decade or two ago. So lame.
