XML parsing error: 'not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1

Hello,

I keep getting this notice; XML parsing error: 'not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1, after closing Photoshop . I already tried removing the preference file and reastarted Photoshop, but it keeps coming up after closing?

Can anyone help me please?
