"Could not use the eye dropper tool because of a program error."

All system permisions had been set and working fine. I've double checked them all.

Eyedropper works in some contexts, not in others.

How the everloving frick are we still dealing with eye dropper issues in 2025? Most of us use this for our work, bugs like this absolutely kill workflow for no reason.
