See video thats you see i made West Ham zoom in so how to make zoom out back?

Animate the layer with transform. It would be best it the layer was a vector smart object layer like a placed in .SVG file. Here I just cut your checker board background and converted to a smart object layer so I could transform the layer size and rotation.

Right Click on layer then Click Convert to Smart.

In timeline Click Create Video Timeline.

In video timeline use the layer pull down to see the animation controls.

Click the Stopwatch for transform to create a key frame

Move the Video head to 1/2 the video duration

Transform the layer 1/2 size

Move the Video head to the end of the duration

Transform the layer full size

Menu File>Export Save For Web

Not much work at all
