Zoom in Camera Raw and Photoshop

Why is the zoom-tool in Photoshop different from the zoom-tool in Camera Raw and other Adobe-apps?

Camera Raw, zoom in: loupe; zoom out: alt+loupe

Photoshop, zoom in: alt+loupe; zoom out: loupe

I use the mac-versions.
