zoom problem / photoshop 22.1 / Catalina

Hi community,

Just upgraded to a new machine on catalina and just upgraded to Ps 22.1

Huge trouble when sizing my windows and zooming my objects.
Using cmd plus or clicking it enlarges but max to 50% of pixel size. THEN, it doesn't work further.

Window mode with window resize: works until 50% pixel size, whenwindow finally fits the screen, the picture adapts to it (i mean it fits and waste the ratio). In window mode without window zoom resize it just stops at 50%.

10 years daily using Ps as pro, never seen this, I'm sure i'm missing something obvious.

I attach a few captures

thanks for your help guys

The screenshot you posted shows the image as being displayed at 66.7%, not 50%, so what are you talking about exactly?

thanks for your reply.

yes it shows 66.7 it's bigger than 50. 50% is the limit, i can't go further without trouble. I wasn't going to show a 50% size because it has no intersest.

In window mode it adapts and destroys the ratio, as shown here.

in full screen mode, past 50% it doesn't zoom further. on navigator screen, the red square goes smaller, and the numbers are moving (until 3200%... ) but it doesn't enlarge the actual picture.

I mean it doesn't work and i'm stuck.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
