Zooming and planning to last click or position of cursor

Hello:  I have Photoshop and the rest of CS6.  Programmatically, Is it possible to retrieve the position of the cursor in pixels, and then zoom in to that x,y, position?  I am not even sure what the cursor is called in CS6 extendScript? whether it might be keyCenter or keyTo, or if CS6 has either properties?  Programmatically, I am trying to do something akin to selecting the magnetic lasso tool, then clicking somewhere on the photo that I have up, and then zooming in, by pressing ctrl +.  Photoshop does a pretty good job of zooming into the last place that where I clicked, with the lasso tool.
