كيف استرد مبلغاً تم دفعة عن طريق الخطأ ؟
لقد قمت بشراء الفوتوشوب بنظام شهري للمعلمين عن طريق الخطأ وتم سحب المبلغ من بطاقة الفيزا
وثم إنتبهت إلى الخطأ وقمت بشراء التجديد الفردي وكذلك تم سحب قيمته
ف كيف لي أن أسترد مالي لإشتراك المعلمين ؟
