이렇게 사용자정의모양도구에 들어가면 

 

가위 모양 등등 많던데 왜 저만 없을까요?

Hi there,

 

If you are looking to access the legacy shapes in Photoshop, you can go to the Window menu, then Shapes and select the fly out menu from the Shapes panel to select Legacy Shapes and More. That would create a new folder in the Shapes panel through which you can access the legacy shapes.
