Adobe Photoshop Express Error

Hi there, 

The Remove function in Adobe Photoshop Express will not work.  Each time I try, it gives me an error! " An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."  

I have been having this issue for months and I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.  What can I do to fix this, please?
