All projects disappeared in photoshop Express (iOS)

I tried to log in to Photoshop Express on my iPhone just now and it wouldn't give me a way to do so, other than downloading the app again. So I did. Now all my projects going back years have disappeared!!! Why do you make logging in such a confusing operation? There's always a ton of superfluous screens to get rid of. I'm a subscriber and I expect much better l, more transparent, access to an app I'm paying for!

Please please tell me how to restore my projects.
Thank you!

Hi @Melanie35813873zefj,

We are sorry for your difficulties. Did you save your images to the Creative Cloud as there was an update on the discontinuation of the Creative Cloud sync? Please check if you have files stored on local devices in the Creative Cloud Files folder. Then, we can restore them from there. The folder will be renamed to Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <GUID> (for example: Creative Cloud Files Personal Account email@abc.com ####@AdobeID). You can rename the folder as you see fit. It was stated that zipped files to download are available until Mar 2, 2024, after which they will no longer be available for both desktop and mobile.

Thank you,

I logged into my photoshop express today and all my projects are deleted. I logged in, logged back out. The previews of finished products are showing saved in recents, but the projects are gone.

Hi @Michael29002956k8sv

Thanks for sharing the details; sorry to hear that the steps didn't help.

Are you logged in with the correct Adobe ID? You can DM me; I can check the subscription for you.

Were you logged out, or did you reinstall the application recently?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry about the trouble with Photoshop Express.

Which version of the application have you downloaded? Are you logged in with the correct Adobe ID (email)? Did you have Photoshop Express premium on the email you are trying to sign in with?

Go to Adobe Creative Cloud, login, navigate to Your Work > Files > Mobile Creations, and check if you can locate your projects here.

Thanks,
