mine too.. it says that my ID doesn't have permission to use it: i don't know how to solve it

Hey @cbringas, I see you have an active creative cloud all apps subscription, so it shouldn't be an issue for you to access any Adobe app. Can you try logging into some other Adobe app or https://adobe.ly/414Ee4l to confirm if the ID works fine?

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly the app freezes? Please ensure your device is updated. You can try rebooting the device or reinstalling the app and see if that helps.
