Bad quality of pictures After opening in Photoshop Express

After importing a photo, it is displayed in significantly poorer quality than in the Apple Photos app.

I have the same issue. iPhone 15pro max. Latest iOS and photoshop version. IMG_8147 is the original and the other one is the photo after opening in photoshop.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Have you tried reinstalling it to see if this helps? Once you uninstall the application, restart your phone and install the Photoshop Express application. Please let me know if this helps. Also, please let us know if this is happening with all formatting types of images (JPEGs and PNGs) or only JPEG images.

Hi Neelam,

It happens with all formats: JPEG, HEIF, RAW.
And I just uninstalled the app, restarted my iPhone, and reinstalled the app again. It still happens.

I assume more people have this problem with the app. I'm noticing it since +- a month. I'm using the app less/not using it, because it is not making the photo better 🫢 but I am paying for my yearly subscription. So I hope there will be a solution 🤷🏼‍♀️
