Hi @Chris P. Bacon,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, you can use the Pen tool and Selection tools in Photoshop Express on your Android device. To access the Pen tool, tap the "+" icon in the toolbar and select "Pen" from the list of available tools. This will allow you to draw vector shapes and paths.

To use the Selection tools, tap the "Select" icon in the toolbar and choose from various selection tools such as the Rectangular Marquee, Lasso, and Magic Wand tools. These tools allow you to select specific areas of an image for editing or manipulation.

In case you are looking for an alternative app that offers similar tools and features, e.g., Adobe Lightroom provides a range of editing tools and features, including selection tools, brush tools, and much more for advanced editing."

There is no plus button in Photoshop Express that I can see.  Can you post a screen grab of where it's supposed to be please?   I just don't see it 😞

No plus icon in the toolbar for me either, using a Samsung Z Fold 2.
