Can't select background or subject anymore, on Android

Question

Hi!

Since a few days ı can't select the background or subject to procces one of them apart

On Android

There was no update or something

I hope somebody know how to help me with this, ı already send a mail but no reaction so far

Can you please provide the device make and model details along with the installed app version? Also, if possible please share a screen recoridng of the workflow you mentioned for us to understand and investifage thte issue better.
