Can’t use premium features

I can’t use premium features on my iPad and I Can on my iPhone and I’m logged into the same account. It wants me to repurchase a subscription. I've already tried hitting restore purchases and it didn't work. Attaching screenshots from my iPad and my iPhone, iPhone shows premium and iPad gives me the option to upgrade. Also, why am I  unable to start editing on one device and pickup where I left off on another device if it's the same account?

Hi There,

Welcome to our Community Forum. We are sorry for your difficulties. I would like o inform you that if you purchased the subscription, you should be automatically enrolled in Premium features once upgraded. Could you please check and confirm if you logged in with the same email account on both of your devices, Also if you could share a screenshot of the feature missing on your application?

We are here to help you. It's just we need a few more details to investigate.

Regards,

Neelam

Thank you for your quick response! After submitting my issue in this Forum, my Premium features suddenly reappeared. I am now able to see and use the Mix & Cutout features. Not sure why the features disappeared in the first place and why all my Adobe Chats & phone calls were unsuccessful. Maybe coincidence, but thank you!

I see that I am not the only one with this issue. I purchased premium, and have been paying for it for 6 months, but I get caught in the "transaction error" loop when I try to activate and edit a doc. It's like it is trying to make me re-purchase. I went and cancelled my subscription through Apple and then re-subscribed to see if that would help, nothing works.

What have people done to get the premium features to work on an iPad?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Malia,

Welcome to our Community Forum. We are sorry for your difficulties. As in Ipad it still shows photoshop express not premium, could you please follow the upgrade option and follow the on-screen prompts to try the premium features? Once it is upgraded and both of your devices have Premium features, please try editing and see if it helps.

Please let us know how it goes. We hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Neelam

Hi Neelam, I'm having a similar problem on my iPad. When my PS Express subscription automatically renewed, I suddenly could not see the premium features anymore, although my account showed me as a Premium subscriber. After MUCH back and forth on Adobe Chat, I cancelled the subscription and re-subscribed. Same thing happened - no access to premium features. Specifically, no "Mix" button from which to choose the Cutout function. Please advise before my 3 day trial (re) subscription expires. Thanks.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
