Cannot connect PS express to PS (windows)

How come I cannot connect my iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 13.6.1) PS express to my windows 10 Photoshop (2020) via remote connection?

 

I've done what was instructed already, even checked for firewall problems, restarted both devices also but still can't do it.

I do not want to appear rude however, did you even read all of my reply? It seems that the PS Effects option is completely gone. Additionally, the link you provided is for an old version of PS Express mobile as it does not look anything like the current version. Again, I can't even find the PS Effects button anymore so I assume it's gone? I guess that's one way to fix something that isn't working...just remove it.

Sorry, I must have missed that you completed the troubleshooting steps on the helpx page.

 

Apologies for all the inconvenience caused, as I understand how frustrating this can been.

 

I have contacted our engineers to investigate, and you're correct. This feature is no longer available.

 

Ps Express only supports sending the PSD files from your mobile device to Photoshop to access more advanced editing tools.

 

I will get the team to remove the information on the helpx page and include the correct information in the FAQ.

Similar problem. I have an iPhone 10 with iOS 14.7.1, Photoshop Express 21.29.2 and Photoshop 22.4.3 but can't get PS Express connected to Photoshop on my Windows PC. Phone is on Wi-Fi but PC is on same network but not on the Wi-Fi. Does this matter? I see all the help instructions say "Ensure that your machine running Photoshop and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network." Being on the same network should be enough...surely my PC doesn't have to be on the Wi-Fi too.

This is pretty disappointing that it doesn't work. Some premium feature.

I should say that I can send a photo from express to photoshop no problem, but can't use the PS Effect option.

I have the same problem. i reported this to adobe in January last year and they went trough a whole process on troubleshooting. they even took remote controll of my pc and couldnt get it to work. in the end they admitted there is a problem and said a fix would be made in a furure update. over a year later im still waiting. Adobe customer service isnt bothered clearly.

I have the same problem. Tried every firewall setting, disabled all firewalls. Tried that on different Windows devices.. Did u figured out how to bring the remote connection to work?
