Computer not compatible with photoshop express

Im trying to use my school account of adobe and its saying my pc isnt compatible. Here are my specs.

Specs:

Cpu- I5-10400

Gpu-rtx 3070 FE

Ram-32gb

Storage- 2TB

And im on windows 10, the lastest version.
