No joy from ongoing chats and calls with Adobe support. They didn't find any kind of fix - initally telling me to wipe an reset my phone which I think is a pretty dense suggestion as that would wipe all my prefernces etc.

I can reproduce the crashing on my 14 Pro iPhone (after deleting all adobe apps and reinstalling) and on a clean 16 ProMax iPhone.

Despite providing screen recordings, crash logs and screenshots all I've been told is it works for them but they can't show me a screenshot or video to confirm this.

Has anyone seen this feature work in Photoshop Express?

Still waiting on Adobe support to offer any resolution.

I've sent screen recordings, crash logs, reprodued the issue on a few iPhones, iPads and a clean iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Seems to crash when showing the "Downloading lenses" message ia shown.

Did anybody else find a fix - this isn't resolved, bit annoying as I only want to finish off a series of prints based on one of the lenses.

Hi

@harvey_3970

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please ensure that Photoshop Express is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updates contain bug fixes that can resolve crashing issues. Also, Clearing the app cache can help resolve performance issues.

You can also Uninstall and then reinstall the app, which can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted files.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
