Downloading Photoshop Express Created Files

Hello - while photos I create in Photoshop Express iOS upload to the creative cloud and are visible on the cloud, there is no option to download the photos at full resolution. Since I like to maintain my own copies of my photos on my desktop, this is challenging. How do full resolution of PS Express files get enabled?

*yes, I would rather use the Photoshop full version I pay for, but there is no version of full Photoshop for the iPhone.
