Edited jpg cannot be saved in selected custom size

For a few days now, it has not been possible for me to save a reduced image (jpg) on ​​the iPad Pro and iPhone 13Pro Max. 

PhotoShop Express displays the selected size (custom size) in the app.  However, the edited image cannot be saved in a reduced size. The app ignores my input.

iOS 15,6 (latest), reset, reinstallation did not help.  I haven't changed any setting.  There was only an update of the app.  (Bug???)

I am a paying ABO-User.

Support is informed.  In the German-speaking chat support, there has been no real help so far.  (Holiday?) I am despondent because I like the app very much. Or liked it ...

Does anyone have an idea about this problem?
