Question

Express won't replace a file with the edited version

Using PS Express on my desktop, I have .jpg that I edit. Once finished it wants to save it as "XX_edited.jpg" which makes sense sometimes but in this case the change was minimal so I just want to replace the XX file. When I remove the "_edited" part and select Save it askes "Do you want to replace XX.jpg?". When you select Yes it looks like Express is saving it. It doesn't. If you give it another name it does just fine.

This is on a Synology NAS but that doesn't seem to make a differnece over-writing a file.

Any ideas?
