I need three features only: resize, increase saturation, and either posterize (preferred) or change to black and white. does ps express offer these? thanks

Apologies for the late response. We do have these options in the Photoshop Express application. Please let us know which device you are using. Is it Android or iOS? The featres of the application defers in bothe devices.
