Function missing

Hello, I wanted to edit a picture on my tablet. However, I'm missing the function that allows me to edit only the main subject or the background separately. Both have same Version 17.7.12

    1.  Please confirm if you’re on the latest version of Photoshop Express.
    2. Verify your subscription. Some features are available only with a Premium plan.
    3. Could you share your device model and operating system version?
    4. Sometimes, reinstalling the app resolves missing features.

    Hello, yes, I have the latest version, just like my phone. I also have a subscription. I've also tried reinstalling it. Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ SM-X216B
