Help with lens distortion correction in Photoshop Express on Windows 10

Hi y'all.  I have tried the https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-express/get-started-ios.html but the lens correction option does not come up all is see is LIGHT, COLOUR, EFFECTS, DETAILS, SPLIT TONE and BLUR.  Is lens correction even available in PE for Win 10?
