Question

I can't use premium features in Photoshop Express on my iPhone!

I have subscription plan, that includes Photoshop Express on mobile devices. Everything worked good, until I switched to iPhone 12. I'm signin in to my Adobe account without any problems, but I can't use premium features anymore, unless I buy another subscription. This is nonsense. Please someone tell my why.

    I have the same issue. Social sign in is not supported and no access to Premium features. I cannot access my one year premium subscription and I cannot even qualify for a free trial to access the features on another account. Photo Shop Premium is a rip off! I will not renew in September 2024 and I have cancelled the annual subscription going forward. Waste of money! Incompatible with iPhones and iOS 17.

      Yeah same. I just got the subscription today, and I'm getting the same issue.

      Hi,

       

      We're sorry about the trouble while trying to access the premium features in Photoshop Express. Would you mind telling us if you bought the subscription through the Google play store of the Apple App store?

       

      You can try going to the settings of Photoshop premium, then tap on your email ID & select the option to Restore Purchase.

      This has happened to me when I upgraded to an iPhone 13. I purchased PS express thru the apple app. When I'm logged in I try to save my PS EXPRESS edits it says another account (a partial acct.is given with ***) is linked to my subscription and it says to restore my subscriptions to login with the other account. The digits I can see mean nothing and are not connected to me.

      Hi. I'm having the same issue since I upgraded my phone from IPhone 11 to 14. Adobe please help
