When I try to open Photoshop, I can see the cover loading but after that dessapear and nothing came on, I try to do the same with Premiere and Premiere opens normaly, so for my is weirdo.

I tried opening the app with alt, ctrl, and shift, but it doesn't work. I downloaded the cleaner tool and erased everything, but it doesn't work. Now, this is my last option to see what I'm doing wrong or what is happening.

Hello!

I got similar problem - my Photoshop stopped launch suddenly. I tried various decisions of problem, what described in Inthernet (launch with admin mode, set compatibility etc), but nothing helped me.

So, i found another solve of promlem - i added a folder with Photoshop files in the list of exceptions of Windows' antivirus, and reboot my PC. After that, programm launched fast. Maybe, you should check up windows' updates and find components, which were updated in that period, when your photoshop stopped work correctly

Hi @jacevedo_1185,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear Photoshop isn’t opening on your Windows 11 machine. To better understand what’s going on, could you share a few more details?

  • Exact version of Windows 11 (with build number, you can find this under Settings > System > About).

  • Which version of Photoshop are you using?

  • Was Photoshop working fine before? If yes, when did this issue start happening?

  • Were there any recent changes to your machine (Windows updates, antivirus, drivers, extensions, etc.)?

  • Does Photoshop open in Safe Mode?

  • If you’re using third-party plugins, what happens if you click Yes when asked to skip loading them?

  • Is this a personal computer or an office device connected to a server/domain?

If nothing helps, I’d suggest running the Cleaner Tool again to fully remove Photoshop, then reinstalling it with Administrator rights.

Let us know so we can help you further!

Regards,

Srishti
