i am unable to download photoshop express desktop version on my laptop

    We are sorry that you are unable to download the application. Unfortunately, the online Photoshop Express application is no longer available. You can use it on your mobile devices, CHECK HERE.

    I have Photoshop express (Desktop& Mobile) available in my plan as attached, whenever this app is installed on the mobile phone, and signed in with Adobe ID, it says Start Free Trial as if the license is not taking effect.

    My account says that Photoshop Express is available for download. I downloaded for mobile only to be informed that there are additional monthly costs. Is it no longer part of my monthly plan?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in response. Which plan do you have? Photoshop Express is available to download, but there are extra charges for the featured editing tools.
