Layer moves when selecting between cutout and edit.

Hey, 

 

When cutting out a layer to the correct shape, I then go to edit mode and the layer moves 45° upwards by about 10-20 pixels. Its incredibly annoying when trying to cut something into the layer behind it. This has happened in the last 2 versions. See video attached. 

Please fix!

    • Please sign out and sign in back to your account for Photoshop Express
    • Try clearing the application cache from the device settings
    • Please check if you have any pending updates for your phone and reboot the device
