Login Id Problem - PS Express Premium
Hello
I need support with my PS Express Premium account.
I previously used my previous Apple ID from my iPhone to use this app. However, it no longer exists, since I changed it for a new Apple ID.
Now I am having problems opening the App as I am getting the error message "Login id - You are signed in to PS Express as my_new@apple.id. Another account my_old@apple.id is linked with subscription. You may login to PS Express from that account & restore purchase."
The problem is that I no longer have access to that previous account. No longer exists. Can you help me cancel/delete the old account so I can log in with the new one?
