Lost access to Premium Features

Question

Once again, I've suddenly lost access to my Photoshop Express Premium Subscription features. Specifically, the “Mix" workflow option no longer appears on my screen and I’m unable to cutout an object and save it with a transparent background.

I'm on a 4th Generation iPad Air IOS version 16.5 and iPhone SE IOS v 16.5

My PS Express Settings shows Release 23.22.0
