Low Memory Errors- Photoshop Express

My Photoshop express application has become nearly unusable due to 'low memory' issues like the below.

 

 

 This occurs especially when using 'Combine Photos' but has also occurred when doing simple edits. I have tried restarting to clear RAM, closing apps, deleting projects, clearing phone memory, and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps. I can hardly use the app in this condition. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Please try deleting the unused app from your device to free up storage.
