Membership paid but not access through my IPhone

I already paid $34.99 so my membership is active but the App it doesn't recognize it and offer me to pay again when it has been paid

What kind of membership do you have for 34.99?

If it includes Photoshop Express, try signing out, then sign in with the same Adobe ID and PW you used to make the purchase.
