Mobile version freezes

I am unable to use the Mobile version on my iPhone (latest iOS installed).

I start the app and am presented the following:

I select "Keep Current Selection" and then the app freezes. I am unable to tap anywhere. A loading icon is displayed (circled in red). I have waited over 10 minutes and nothing happens.

I have attempted the following without any success:

- I have deleted the app and reinstalled.

- Force closed ALL apps before opening PS Express.

- Opened the app in Airplane mode (including no WiFi).

- Turned off "Background App Refresh"

- Selected "More Photos" option

- Selected Photos "Full Access"

Any suggestions?
