My premium subscription renewal has been paid via an email on my laptop but is not porting through to the app on my phone

is there no way of contacting customer support?
I have just paid for my renewal and now I’m unable to use my app. 
 

things I have tried so far:

* closing/re-launching the app

* signing out and signing back in
