My PSE app is unresponsive. It doesn’t work and crashes

app has stopped working.
I rely heavily on PSE for my business. It was while it lasted. However, for the past week it has simply stopped working.
I open a project and select background and it freezes. Non of the functionality works. All the buttons are non responsive. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried signing out and in. I have restored my phone to factory settings. I have called genius to see if there is a problem with the phone. They ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong!
What can I do? I have contacted Adobe through the feedback but had no response.
I am really stuck without it. Is it something to do with Apples latest update and compatibility? Is anyone else experiencing the same?
