Old iOS version???

I had and used photoshop app on my iPhone almost daily. You could layer multiple photos, select "fill" and select a photo defect or area you wanted filled in (it was red) and it would virtually remove that selected area and replace it with the surrounding background. 

I deleted it to temporarily clear space on my phone and when o downloaded it again, it was a different program. 
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or where I can locate the old program and features?
