pas d'accès premium malgré paiement

Bonjour,

 

J'ai payé l'abonnement pour 1 an ( j'ai eu la confirmation par mail et paiement débité) et malgré cela, je n'ai pas l accès premium.

 

Possible de régler le souci svp ?

    I appreciate your long-term use of our services, and I can confirm that your Photoshop Express Premium subscription on the Google Play Store is still active.

     

    What problems are you encountering while accessing the premium features, ​@francescavdz?  When did they last work for you? Has anything changed on the device since then?

    Quand je vais sur l'application, on me propose toujours la formule premium et je n'ai pas accès aux fonctionnalités...je vais essayer de desinstaller et de remettre l appli.

     

    Et non aucun changement...j'étais en retard de paiement donc le premium était parti et ici, je l'avais repris.

    did you subscribe via adobe.com or via a mobile app store?
