payment and subscription problem

Hi, I accidentally subscribed to the PS Express app a few days ago. Money was taken from my card today without my authorization after I deleted the app. I want my subscription money back. I haven't used it yet and I don't think I will. I contacted my bank and they referred me to you. Thank you for your cooperation!

Did you subscribe to Android, iOS, macOS, or Windows? If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, you did not subscribe through Adobe. Let us know.
