Photoshop express android layers and raw

Do you know when the Android layers will be available?

The next question, my Photoshop Express

does not open RAW files. ARW With my Sony A7iv and RAW files from my Samsung S24 Ultra,

Does anyone have a solution? I will add that Lightroom mobile opens without a proble.

Of course I have a subscription.
