you didn't respond to anything i asked whatsoever... not even close... I ASKED....
1) why is the app taking up so much space on my phone? Is it projects? I have over 1000 projects… I don't want to save projects… How can I shut this off? how can I delete over 1000 projects at the same time when there is no delete button at the bottom of the projects page? 3 Questions there.. why so big? How do I stop it? How do I clean it out? (no answer was given to any of this.)
AND / OR.. If I delete the app and reinstall it, will it take the app size from 7 gigs back down to something more manageable like under 1 gig?
ALSO..... If deleting the app and reinstalling t will reduce the size of the app back down to something more manageable, will the filters I have created and saved still be there or will they be deleted?
NEXT.... I never said I was missing filters… I specifically asked, where are the filters that I create stored? I must assume when I create a filter and save it a file is created.... where is that file stored… Is that file stored on my phone or is it stored on your end somewhere... in the cloud perhaps?
So in total there are 6 very specific and very relevant questions there which shouldn't be difficult for the people who created the app to answer...
thank you...
Hi @charles35454625opv3 ,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I will try to answer all your questions. However, I recommend sharing more details about your device's OS and the Photoshop Express application version.

Answer: Yes, it might be the project's numbers; you can try changing the save location in the application settings preference to see if that makes a difference.
You can delete multiple projects through the steps mentioned below:
- On the home screen, tap on All Photos/ Album name given under ‘Edit.’
- Tap on the dots icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on ‘Delete Photos.’
- Select multiple images you want to delete and then tap ‘Delete’ from the bottom right corner.// Allow PS Express to delete X Photos pop-up will appear.
- Tap on the Delete button.
Select images will be deleted.
If I delete and reinstall the app, will it take the app size from 7 gigs back down to something more manageable, like under one gig?
Answer: The application size will be smaller; your files will be saved in your storage and that adds up to more storage space used, which might make little difference after reinstallation.
Will the filters I have created and saved still be there, or will they be deleted?
Answers: It will be there after reinstallation
Specifically asked, where are the filters that I create stored? When I create a filter and save it, I must assume a file is created.... where is that file stored… Is that file stored on my phone, or is it stored on your end somewhere... in the cloud, perhaps?
Answer: When you create your themes/filters, they will be there under themes as custom themes, and they will be in the application; if you have saved them in Creative Cloud, then due to the discontinuation of Creative Cloud sync files, you might not be able to access those. I hope I answered all your questions. I also recommend sharing the storage used screenshot to investigate further with the engineering team.
Thank you,
